From Fort Walton Beach-West
Travel Hwy. 98 through Destin & Sandestin. Continue east on Hwy. 98
approximately 3 miles past the Sandestin Resort. Then turn right onto Hwy.
C-30-A. Go approximately 4 miles east. Take a right onto gulf view heights
street. (Street is just after Goatfeathers Seafood Market and
Restaurant.) Take first right into Old Florida Cottages. Bear left onto
Emerald Dune Circle. DreamCatcher Cottage is the first house on your
left with gulfviews next to the garden. Address: 198 Emerald Dune
Circle.
From Panama City - East
From Panama City travel Hwy. 98-West. Continue west for approximately 18 miles
past the Walton County line. Turn left onto CR283, go 2 miles. Turn right onto
C-30-A. Go approximately 4 miles. Turn left onto Gulf View Heights Street. (Street is
just before Goatfeathers Seafood Market and Restaurant.) Take first right into Old
Florida Cottages. Bear left onto Emerald Dune Circle. DreamCatcher Cottage is
the first house on your left with gulfviews next to the garden. Address: 198
Emerald Dune Circle.

From the North-East
From DeFuniak Springs travel south on Hwy. 331 for approximately 28 miles. Hwy.
331 will dead end at Hwy. 98. Take a right onto Hwy. 98 and go approximately 1/2 miles then
take a left onto 83 South. 83 will dead end at Route C-30-A. Go West
approximately 1.5 miles and turn left onto Gulf View Heights Street (just
before Goatfeathers Seafood Market Restaurant.) Take first right into Old
Florida Cottages. Bear left onto Emerald Dune Circle. DreamCatcher
Cottage is the first house on your left with gulfviews, next to the garden.
Address: 198 Emerald Dune Circle.
From the North-West via Mid-Bay (toll) bridge:
From Crestview travel south on Hwy. 85 about 18 miles to Hwy. 20 in Niceville.
Take a left onto Hwy. 20 and continue going east about 7 miles. Turn right on
Hwy. 293 to cross the Mid Bay Bridge ($2.00) toll. Take a left onto Hwy. 98
after crossing bridge and head east for about 10 miles. Turn right onto Hwy.
C-30A. Go east approximately 4 miles and turn right onto Gulf View Heights Street (just
after Goatfeathers Restaurant & Seafood Market ). Take the first right into Old
Florida Cottages. Bear left onto Emerald Dune Circle. DreamCatcher Cottage is the first
cottage on your left, 198 Emerald Dune Circle, next to the garden.
